Celebrities offer their condolences after the death of 76-year-old Grammy-winning singer Naomi Judd
Nashville, TN – Social media was filled with heartfelt condolences on Saturday afternoon after family members announced the passing of Grammy-winning singer Naomi Judd.
Judd was part of the singing duo The Judds and the mother of Wynonna and Ashley Judd. She was 76 years old.

According to the Associated Press, his daughters announced his death on Saturday.
“Today we sisters experienced a tragedy. We lost our mother-in-law to mental illness,” the statement read. “We are broken. We navigate deep mourning and know that as we loved her, she was loved by her audience. We are in uncharted territory.
Naomi Judd died near Nashville, Tennessee, said a statement on behalf of her husband and fellow singer, Larry Strickland. How she died is unclear and the family has requested privacy at this time.
