Celebrities Recreate ‘Dirty Dancing’ Scenes in New Competition: How to Watch, Live Stream, Cast, Trailer
A new competition series, based on classic dance moves from the beloved 1980s movie “Dirty Dancing,” is coming to FOX this week.
“The Real Dirty Dancing” will premiere on FOX on Tuesday, February 1 at 9 p.m. ET (6 p.m. PT). You can also watch it on FuboTV (free trial) or Hulu + Live TV (free trial).
The series follows eight celebrities as they “have the time of their lives” learning iconic “Dirty Dancing” dance routines, according to FOX. “The Real Dirty Dancing” is set at Virginia’s Mountain Lake Lodge, where the film was also filmed. Contestants are judged on how well they recreate classic dance scenes by Jennifer Gray and Patrick Swayze. (Yes, the legendary elevator will get its deserved screen time.)
Special guest judges decide which celebrity couples will pass and which couple will be “cornered” each week. At the end of the season, a woman and a man will be crowned the winners of “Baby” and “Johnny” as champions of “The Real Dirty Dancing”.
The cast includes Brie Bella, Corbin Bleu, Tyler Cameron, Cat Cora, Howie Dorough, Antonio Gates, Anjelah Johnson-Reyes and Loni Love.
