Hollywood is getting much cuter! Ashley Graham, Michelle Kwan and more celebrities welcomed babies in 2022.
The Olympian kept her pregnancy a secret, surprising her Instagram followers with a baby photo on January 5.
“I’m thrilled and tears of happiness are streaming down my face as I share the news of Kalista Belle Kwan’s arrival!” the figure skater wrote at the time. “I’ve always wanted to be a mum and to me she’s a perfect miracle. I had a hard time imagining what she would be like, but it seems like she’s been in my life forever. It’s been a tough journey into motherhood (not to mention a very long labor!!!) and I’m glad I never gave up. I’m so grateful to have had the support of so many people during this time, including my fertility doctor, the doctors and nurses who cared for me, friends who shared their stories and, of course, my family and my [love] without whom I could not live. »
The California native had wanted to show off her baby bump “for many months,” noting, “Every step felt both exciting and daunting. Every step of the way, I knew there was still time before I could hold her.
The athlete gave her followers a “quick montage to catch up on,” showing off her budding belly growth in a black sports bra and matching shorts.
“I want to send my best to all moms (as we all know, moms rule the world),” Kwan concluded in his caption. “I wish everyone who is trying to conceive in any way (ivf, iui, surrogacy, adoption and of course) all the success and love. You are not alone on this journey and I pull for you.
Graham, for her part, welcomed twins on January 7. The model, who is also the mother of her son Isaac, announced the arrival of her baby boys with an Instagram Story post.
“[My husband], justin [Ervin]and I’m so excited to share that our little boys are here,” said the A new model the author wrote. “They were born early this morning at home and are happy and healthy. I’m taking time to heal and connect with my husband and three boys, but I’m really looking forward to sharing more with you all.
