Freeze Fear with Wim Hof just started on BBC One and eight celebrities will challenge themselves to sub-zero temperatures with Dutch motivational guru Wim Hof to achieve astonishing results as they plunge into icy lakes to reap the physical and mental rewards potential.

Who is Wim Hof?
The 62-year-old is a Dutch motivational guru and extreme athlete. He gained his millions of followers through his extreme cold water therapy and breathing techniques.
Hof will take the eight celebrities into the icy waters to show them his techniques and try to push their bodies and minds to their limits in order to overcome their fears and improve their physical and mental health.
Wim says: “There is a natural power in the cold, when you unlock it, that’s where the magic happens.”
When and where to watch
The show will air on BBC One on Thursday, April 12 at 9 p.m.
Episodes will air weekly, every Thursday and all will be available to stream on BBC iPlayer the following day.
