This breakdown primarily reflects oil production for December 2021 and the production of gas for November 2021. Preliminary production volumes are approximately 42,203 barrels of oil and 902,216 Mcf of gas. Preliminary prices are approximately $71.21 per barrel of oil and $5.38 per Mcf of gas.

This month’s distribution is higher than the previous month’s due to increased oil and gas production.

Production from new horizontal gas wells in Panola County, Texascontributed approximately $1.8 million reflecting November production. They averaged about 976 Mcf per day per well in November, totaling more than 234,000 Mcf during this period with an average price of $5.83 by Mcf. As more regular monthly receipts are made in the coming months, additional information will be made available.

Revenues are only distributed after they have been received, verified and posted. Most energy companies normally issue royalty payments on or about the 25and of each month, and depending on the delivery of the mail, a variable amount of fees is collected only after the recording of receipts on the last working day of the month. Revenue received after this date will be posted within 30 days of receipt.

During the month of February, the respective shelter-at-home/work-from-home orders across the sector significantly affected the Trust’s revenue display, through the following March. As adjustments are made accordingly, the functions of the Trust are still performed, albeit on a deferred basis.
