Sprouts (or sprouted moong beans) are known to be extremely healthy, a powerhouse of antioxidants, and a great way to ward off unwanted hunger pangs. Method

*Washing moon beans.
* Leave them in soaked water for three hours.
* Remove the water.
* Cover with a lid or a plate.
* Leave them in the colander in a warm place (such as a microwave or oven which is hot even when not in use) overnight.

Long-tailed cabbages can be used in a variety of dishes, including salad. “The Gujaratis eat them with kakhra for breakfast,” Kamdar said.

According to Kamdar, in addition to helping weightloss, they also help the heart, control cholesterol levels, blood sugar and can be good for pregnancy too much.
